Rolley Bogese said this after some of his latest songs leaked out to the public without his consent.
“This kind of practice is day light robbery,” he said.
He said while producing of music is very expensive it is unfair for local musicians to have their music being removed and passed on from people using MP3s and flash drives without paying for it.
He said a lot of local artists are still struggling financially to expose their talents but such problem is discouraging musicians.
He urged the government and musicians to look at ways to address this problem.
