Twenty nine-year-old Bryan Bouro or Bryan B as commonly known, who works for Whats Up Entertainments in Malaysia produced Dato Siti Nurhaliza’s first English album in March this year, and after its successful launching in September, it has become one of the fastest selling albums throughout Asia and most recently broke through the European and American Market.
Dubbed the Celine Dion or Beyonce of Asia, the Malaysian mega star recruited Bryan in early November to after hearing one of his productions from a friend.
After producing a single for the Malaysian singer, she then recruited Bryan B to produce her first ever English album-this saw productions kick start in March and then finally the launching of the album in September.
In an interview on Malaysian Television program, Hot TV; the singer thanked Bryan B whose father is from Solomon Islands and mother from Papua New Guinea, whom she said was there from the start to finish.
“This album is indeed a dream come true for me as it is my first English album.
“I owe all the credit to my producer who has helped me right through the 6 month process of recording the album-he helped me with the concepts, the lyrics, the music and the vocals.
“I am just so privileged to be working with such a talented person in producing this album which we have already seen its impact, selling like wild fire through Asia and recently breaking through the English market,” Ms Nurhaliza said.
Speaking via Skype yesterday from Malaysia, Bryan B said that it has been indeed a great experience and achievement to be working with super stars such as Nurhaliza herself and also world renowned pop star Sean Kingston who also featured in the album Bryan B produced.
“Being a producer, my job was to plan out and discus the concepts of a song, program the music which includes the melodies, the drum beats-all of these and then I had to record the vocals before co-mixing the final production which is done in the States.
“I am indeed satisfied with the outcome of the album itself, breaking through the European and US market is indeed quite an achievement.
“I am happy for Nurhaliza who is truly a gifted and talented singer-I am sure that with this album and many more to come, she will become an even more super star around the world,” Bryan B said.
The album has already captured the attention of America’s Universal studios along with some of the International Music Industry’s super stars such as Bruno Mars, Baby Face, David Foster, Enrique Iglesias and Usher.
Bryan B who is working on Nurhaliza’s second album will be accompanying the Malaysian singer to the 54th Grammy Awards in Los Angeles, February next year.
“I will be in the states for two months purposely to produce songs with these big artists who will be featuring in Nurhaliza’s next album,” he said.
