Miss St Nicholas has won the Miss nature Pageant 2017.

Miss Woodford settled for the first runner up position while Miss Chung Wah settled for the second runner up position.

Seven contestants put on striking shows as they contested the Miss Nature Pageant Show 2017 for the first time. The four other contestants were Miss Bishop Epalle, Miss Honiara High, Miss Mbokonavera and Miss Selwyn College.

All the contestants put on an outstanding performance giving the judges a difficult time to select the best three contestants.

The judging panel acknowledged that all seven contestants performed well beyond their expectations and thanked each of them and their respective schools for their efforts.

The show started at 2pm with Miss Woodford International taking on the stage first with her dancing team and awed the spectators with their nature-based costumes.

The second contestant of the afternoon was Miss Bishop Epalle who added some beautiful traditional flavour to the show.

The third contestant was Miss Honiara High School who put performed exceptionally well even without the backing of a dancing group unlike the other contestants.

The fourth contestant is Miss Selwyn College who enters the stage with a group of dancers leading her to the stage in a well prepared piece of display.

The fifth contestant was Miss Mbokobavera who entered the stage with island dancers comprising both male and female. They presented a colourful and entertaining introduction of their contestant to the judges as spectators.

The sixth contestant was Miss Saint Nicholaswho was led on stage and introduced to the judges and spectators by her dance team. They were all dressed in showy nature-based costumes.

The Miss Saint Nicholas dance team never left the stage. Theysupported contestant on stage throughout her performance and their effort was recognised at the end of the show with the awarding of the Miss Nature title to their contestant.

The seventh contestant was Miss Chung Wah who brought her own unique flair to the show with her confidence. Her performance impressed the judges and the crowd earning her the second runner-up position.
