Dear Editor - The current non- improvement and dysfunctioning of Commodities Export Marketing Authority (CEMA) today has made this important statutory organization a sleeping giant despite the fact that coconut and cocoa famers are desperately crying in agony for market outlets with the common agricultural commodities that dominate export and occupied the 90% of rural areas in the provinces nationwide.
