“There are some people and organizations that gave us the opportunity to witness the end of a successful tournament,” Seru said

“Firstly I would like to thank major sponsors, Bulk Shop Company for their continuous support,” he added.

“Also I would like to thank the Ministry of Home Affairs and the Solomon Islands Football Federation (SIFF) for their support as well.

“It is through such commitment and support that help the country maintain the level of futsal in the country,” he said.

Pastor Seru stressed it is important that Solomon Islands maintain their statues as the Oceania champions.

He added organizing such competitions for the young age is the pathway to maintaining the status as Oceania’s powerhouse in futsal.

Meanwhile, the U14 category competition is currently underway and will be followed by the U12 and U10.
