Following their meeting early this week, HFA scheduled April 5 as the date.
The HFA Executive therefore calls on interested clubs to submit their applications between now and Wednesday April 2.
The Registration fee for pre-season competition is $5,000.00 per club and the due date for registration is Wednesday April 2.
Late registration will not be accepted and only clubs that paid their full registration fees to the treasurer will be allowed to participate in the Pre-season.
Club officials and players are also reminded to take note of some important resolutions passed at the recent HFA Congress.
First, the transfer fee applied for players who were registered with current HFA Clubs for the 2013 HFA League if they want to play for Pre-season clubs are $500 for Division 1 and 2, and $1000 per player for the Premier Division.
Secondly the recent HFA Congress also passed the resolution that any player who had been registered in any of the current HFA clubs but decided to play for any pre-season club must fulfill all transfer requirements to be eligible to play for their new club.
Once this is done, the player is not eligible to play for another club in the league proper even if his new pre-season club did not make it to Division 2.
Thirdly, any player that is found playing for a pre-season club in the pre-season competition and play for another club in the league proper will be suspended for the whole season and the club that he plays for will also be penalized with a lose of 3 points and a fine of $500.
Lastly, all clubs that are participating in the pre-season competition must submit ID photos of their players and team list on HFA prescribed form latest by Wednesday April 2 to the HFA Administrator who can be contacted on Phone 7814254.
