Voters in Central Rannogah have applauded their Parliament Member Charles Sigoto for the timely financial support to celebrate the New Year celebration.
Speaking Justine Mutukera a community rep yesterday said that villagers have greatly appreciated the support demonstrated by their MP.
Mr Mutikera, 50, said the money that given by the MP was utilized and generated to support sports and other social activities.
“It was rightly used in hosting tournament that bring all people from other nearby villages to come sold their agricultural products.”
“Local farmers and even shops owners in Lela village have benefited from the support,” he said.
He said during the three days event a lot of social activities were stage like dancing, singing and games that involving visiting friends and community in Lela.
“The three days event is truly a blessing for the entire villagers who have sold their produce.”
Mr Mutukera said on behalf of the people thanked Mr Sigoto for his kind generosity to support the event.
