THE heavy rainy currently experienced in the country has affected many businesses in Buala, Isabel province.
Reports reaching The Solomon star yesterday said since the heavy rain over the weekend few of the business house in Buala and market area have closed.
Residence in Buala are not able to go out and do their daily activities such as fishing, gardening, sports and sports.
Solomon islands Metrology offices has issued a strong tropical disturbances watch advisory for the whole country especially Rennell-Bellona, Makira/Ulawa, Temotu and southern part of Guadalcanal and Malaita provinces.
The offices are encouraged household to take precaution and stay indoors during this bad weather and listen to the media for advice.
