Lilo left to South Korea last Friday accompanied by his provincial secretary
and executive members.
The trips has sparked outrage from certain members of the Western Provincial Assembly who described it is “waste of public funds”.
It was also reported that the trip is being paid for by a Chinese business in Gizo who owns GF store.
Mr Lilo could not be reached for comments about the trip before he left for South Korea last Friday.
But some reports said the trip is a fact finding mission.
Mr Lilo is being accompanied by his provincial secretary and two of his executive members.
