SUCCESSFUL applicants of the recent police recruit will undergo the next selection step which will see more dropouts.
Deputy police commissioner Walter Kola said the physical test process is the challenging one.
The test will be carried out Monday next week.
At the moment a shortlist of successful applicants is being pinned up at various police posts including the provincial police stations and the Rove Police headquarters.
Mr Kola urges applicants to check the lists for their names in order to prepare for the second process.
“If you really determined to be a police officer, prepare for the test.”
He said the process is very difficult but determined people can always get through.
Police will take on two sets of recruits this year totalling to some 60 new officers for the force once completed
