THW two Chinese men accused of organising prostitution in Honiara will take their pleas when they appear in the Magistrates Court on March 22.
Local Chinese Zhu Jian Chun, 37, and Xiao Dong Luo, 28, are both facing one count each of living on prostitution earnings.
Chun is also charged with four counts of aiding prostitution while Luo is facing five counts of aiding prostitution.
Both were alleged to have been heavily involved in recruiting prostitutes from China to service wealthy Asian men visiting the country at their residence at Panatina known as the “Blue House”.
The case was adjourned previously for a plea yesterday as disclosures have already been provided to the Defense Counsel.
However, Police Prosecutor Ronnie Pisei told the court the investigating Officer told him he had additional documents to disclose.
Billy Titiulu from the Pacific Lawyers who represents both accused sought further adjournment.
Principal Magistrate Steve Wilson adjourned the matter to March 22 for plea.
