A 30-YEAR-OLD woman who admitted slapping another woman at the Central Honiara Market this year was ordered to keep the peace for the next two months.
Roselyn Fataga was charged with common assault.
She was issued with a warrant after not turning up in court on the previous hearing.
However, the warrant was withdrawn yesterday after she told the court she can’t attend due to the bad whether as she lives at Visale, West Guadalcanal.
She then entered a guilty plea before Magistrate Esther Lelapitu.
This was in relation to her slapping of another woman.
The accused told the court she was angry with the victim for swearing at her family members, including her brothers and father.
Ms Lelapitu in passing sentence ordered her to stay out of trouble for the next two months.
Failure would result in an immediate fine of $200.
Fataga represented herself in court.
