TETERE police with the support of Forensics and Fire investigators are investigating the circumstances surrounding the burning down of a residence at Bebe Village in the Mbalasuna area which claimed the life of two children on Monday 17 May.
The incident was reported to Tetere Police shortly before midnight, but by the time they got to the location, the building had been completely destroyed by the fire.
The victims are believed to be two boys aged 4 and 2-years-old who were reportedly sleeping in the house when it caught fire.
The parents of the deceased children were reported to have been at another location when the incident happened.
Police are urging members of the Mbalasuna community particularly villagers from Bebe Village who may have any information to come forward and report to it the police.
The police investigation is continuing.
