A hotel insider told the Solomon Star yesterday the managers will not come back because their contracts will end this month.
"Three people from New Zealand are expected to replace them,” the insider said.
"Two of the New Zealanders are expected to arrive this month to take over the director and general manager’s positions.”
The insider added that a third New Zealander may join the hotel later if a need arises.
But when contacted yesterday, the hotel’s manager finance, Prakash Govindankutty, said he was not aware of anything like this.
He said at the moment, they are still waiting for the outcome of the investigation carried out by Labour Division into the complaints raised against them.
Meanwhile, the Labour Division's committee has already completed their investigation into claims against the trio – Mr Prakash, Arvin Shrivastav (Food & Beverages) and Abdul Hakeem (Room Services).
Commissioner of Labour, Josiah Manehia said the report was with him awaiting clearance from Minister and Permanent Secretary before making it public.
The division investigated the matter last month following complaints by former staff, who accused the three foreign managers from India of abuse and ill-treatment.
The Heritage Park Hotel is owned by three shareholders.
National Provident Fund holds 10%, Papua New Guinea National Superannuation Fund (NASFund) has 60% and PNG hotelier Kostas Constantinou, 30%.
