A spokesman from the group said they have 25 members to form the government after MP for Marovo and former Finance Minister; Snyder Rini joined them over the weekend.
Rini's inclusion reduced the number of Government to 24 following the death of Shortland MP, Steve Laore last Thursday.
The Opposition spokesman said Prime Minister Danny Philip is running a minority government.
"This is not right to run a government with the minority."
As such, the spokesman said it is right under the law to remove the Government through a motion of no confidence.
The spokesman also denied rumours that MP for Baegu Asifola, Toswell Kaua had switched allegiance to the new Government.
"We are still together after the election of Prime Minister.
"With Rini joining us now, it should give us an edge to move the motion of no confidence," the spokesman said.
But it's unclear when the 10th Parliament will commence its first sitting after the election of Prime Minister last Wednesday.
According to the Parliament, the Governor General will proclaim the session of Parliament upon advice from Prime Minister.
Then the Prime Minister Will advice the speaker, and the clerk will issue a 13 days notice for the meeting.
According to a legal source, it is necessary for Parliament to sit quickly because its four years lifespan starts on the first day of sitting.
"Besides, the 49 MPs need to take their oaths in order to perform their duties and receive constitutional allowances and appointment grants.
"Also a new Speaker, Deputy Speaker and speech from the throne will need to take place during the first sitting of Parliament as well," the legal source said.
Secretary to Prime Minister, Jeremiah Manele said he did not have a clue on the date.
Mr Manele said he needs to chat with Prime Minister today to find out.
However, he said the delay might be because the Prime Minister needs to complete the remaining three ministerial appointments before calling the meeting.
All, except the Ministry of Finance and Treasury, Ministry of Development Planning and Aid Coordination and Ministry for Police, National Security and Correctional Service, are filled.
