The Zone 2 North Malaita
Constituency Christmas Games ended successfully Saturday 24th
December at Malu’u Sports Ground.
In the closing programme, the
local organizing committee thanked the North Malaita Constituency Advisory
Committee and Mr. Jimmy Lusibaea and also to the El Shaddai Enterprise – Malu’u
for the support given to such activity.
Representative of the North
Malaita Constituency Advisory Committee Ismael Alulu said in the closing
programme that the programme still needs improvement in some areas in future
similar programmes.
Mr. Alulu thanked all
participating teams for their participation in this year’s Christmas games.
This was the final results of the
Zone 2 2011 North Malaita Constituency Christmas Games.
Soccer
1st Prize $2,000.00 Cash – Malu’u United
2nd Prize $1,500.00 Cash – Aurafu
3rd Prize $1,000.00 Cash – Sky 16
4th Prize $500.00 Cash went to FA and Young Stars as both teams were qualified ending up in the quarter finals.
Netball
1st Prize $500.00 Cash – Malu’u Utd Red
2nd Prize $300.00 Cash – Malu’u utd Green
3rd Prize $200.00 Cash – Malu’u utd Yellow
Volley Ball
1st Prize $500.00 Cash – Figs 1
2nd Prize $300.00 Cash – Figs 2
3rd Prize $200.00 Cash – Blue Sky
