The team wants to make 2010 their year by taking out the top placing in all three divisions the team are registered in.
Headed by Coach Doris Dolaiasi, the Green Berets Netball Club is already making plans to get back into top form after the long off-season break, for the up-coming league.
Yesterday team officials made a call for all current players in the club, including any new and interested players to turn up for their first meeting on the court for this year.
A representative for the team made a call on behalf of the team management that all players will begin training on the 15th of this month.
“We are calling every club member including any new player interested to meet at 5pm at the Prison Service court,” the person said.
“We want everyone to get back into shape on the 15th of March, train hard and work hard in order to improve form last years performance.”
Meanwhile, the call signalled the anticipation netball fans are looking for in this year’s competition.
The Honiara Netball Association (HNA) recently expressed their aim of making this year’s league and even better one then last year.
HNA revealed to Star Sports that this year’s league will start early and by next week all details of the competiton should be made known to all clubs.
