Upon arrival AFL officials will be waiting for him in Brisbane.
Speaking to Star Sports before his departure, the local Aussie Rules prospect said after weeks of preparation, he was relieved to finally depart.
He said he was fortunate to be trained under the watchful eyes of his trainers from RAMSI.
An excited Una said he also looked forward in teaming up with his other pacific island team mates and playing against other teams.
“After I return with a little more experience I am planning to help set up AFL clinics to help develop the sport in schools around the country”, young Una said.
Una said he would like to thank all his sponsors especially RAMSI Coordinator Graeme Wilson for his support and arrangements that enabled him to travel to Australia.
Una encouraged young Solomon Islanders stating that ‘if he can do it then they can do it also’.
