Everytime HHH had the ball, it was treated like gold.
It was not until half way through the 1st half, HHH when Teaofa was pinged by the referee for some infringement HHH wasted no time and went for the points.
Galo (HHH half – back) kicked the first points successfully putting HHH up 3 – 0. HHH just went on from there.
A weak link was spotted in the Teaofa backline defense and found a gap with Kelly going through for a spectacular dive to score the first try.
Unfortunately the conversion by Galo was unsuccessful leaving the scoreline at 8 – 0
As the game progressed HHH continued to pressurize Teaofa’s backline defense, making it difficult for their cover defense to catch up.
But unfortunately HHH was penalized for a head high tackle and saw Teaofa went for points, as Fredson slotted successfully taking the score to 8 – 3. That did not stop HHH from keeping their pressure on.
Losing 80% of scrimmaging to Teaofa meant HHH needed to work extra hard on defense also.
HHH cover defense was extremely aggressive, as everyone had to cover for each other on defense.
HHH came back just before half time setting up a try for Abel (HHH 2nd 5) to score. Conversion was unsuccessful.
The half time score was 13 – 3.
