The ten clubs include eight (8) from the Premier Division and one each from Division 1 and 2.
The ten club teams are as follows: Makuru, Koloale, Kossa, Solomon Warriors (Uncles), Naha, Marist, Sunbeam, Junior Flamingo, Northern United and Relas.
Honiara is set to come alive with football excitement next month when the DJ League Top Ten championship kicks off.
The championship is set for the 16th of September.
The competition is expected to continue until November.
Glamour clubs like Makuru FC, O’League reps Koloale, Solomon Warriors, KOSSA, Marist and Sunbeam will be at their best when the competition gets underway.
Newcomers Northern United who are currently leading the Division 1 is expected to put up a tough challenge when they meet the Premier League giants.
The teams will be playing for revenge and pride and with only one goal at hand and that is to win the Top Ten tournament.
Meanwhile, HFA administrator Siosi Dioko said all participating clubs are expected to attend a technical meeting tomorrow (Thursday) 5pm at Lawson Tama.
In the meantime, the last match of the DJ League between Junior Flamingo FC and K1 United is scheduled for 4pm today at Lawson Tama.
It is expected to be an entertaining match as Junior Flamingo will be playing to prove why they will be a team to watch when the Top Ten kicks off.
As of K1 United, it will be a game played with pride and passion.
The final schedule and fixtures for the Top Ten play-offs is expected to be released soon.
