Dear Editor - I'd be grateful if you could publish
this in your paper in relation to the above caption written by a former MP
Clement Kengava in your paper issue No. 4746.
Whilst every citizen of this country
has every right to express themselves on any matters of concern and interest; I
find it really foolish and amusing on the part of the former MP Clement Kengava
to raise national issues which he could have competently raised during his
eight year tenure in Parliament but unfortunately, the former MP then was dumb
on this, let alone raise any implication he now cautioned here
the constitutional provisions he made reference to. Interestingly after he
was voted out from Parliament, he retreated, get energized and start barking at
his comrades who at one stage was in the same shoe but never spoke
the language of reform.
Your views may appear
contagious Sir as far as the Constitution relevant provisions you
refer to is concern however the issue here is why raise such concern now rather
than during your tenure in Parliament by way of motion so that AG can provide
assistance. Having someone like you former MP complaining about what suppose to
be part of your JD as an MP and instituting correction thereto, and thus fail
to deliver and then speculate on new alternatives outside of Parliament, is
quite absurd and raises doubts about your intentions of bringing out such
issues at this times.
Honestly it was irritating to see this
former MPs complaining about how things should be done in the country. Why
complain where were you? These stuffs are not new in fact these abnormalities
existed when you were there but you dare not to correct them. We the general
populace, TSI, and NGOs has been demanding changes but nothing occurred to our
petition.
Please brainstorm and work out thoroughly your arguments before you go to media otherwise people will point fingers to you for failing to institute actions you are grumpy about, when you were up there as an MP - much of what you are trying to put to media is what you should have put right when you were Sir.
