DEAR EDITOR – I would like to register my outrage as a Solomon Islander and as a mother and woman on the senseless attack on an old woman on her way home from work.
These senseless people should be ashamed.
Why can't they work and earn money rather than try and steal from an old lady after her hard day earnings?
What if someone did the same thing to your mother or aunty or grandmother?
How would you feel?
The guys who carried out this brutal act should be ashamed of themselves.
If you think you are smart go and earn your money not steal from an old lady.
Shame on you for spoiling the name of Solomon Islands.
Shame on you for STEALING.
Shame on you for putting all the school children who rely on Betty Vollrath and her dedicated staff for providing uniforms.
I think it is high time the Police or whoever authority is responsible to pass legislation to remove all the tint from all vehicles if criminals are going to be taking advantage of innocent people.
