Poor quality goods

E-mail Print

Dear Editor – Thank you for space in your paper to voice my deep concern on the above subject matter, that seemed to be making a lot of people fall victim of and that I myself being one of them who at times have had high degree of frustration after paying and using items from some shops in town only to find out  that these items only last for a week or two then completely worn out of use.

This is indeed a waste of my hard earned money that these no care Chinese operated shops are making great business on.

Should I demand the Consumer Awareness Division or Relevant Authorities to carry out some appropriate steps in checking out the quality of goods that are sold in this country.

Especially goods that are sold by these new Chinese business people who just arrived and set up new shops in town.

I know for sure that a lot of people out there will agree with me on this and is proper to have this raised through the media for the sake of shared concerned.

The only four solid business Chinese who fully understand the public of Solomon Islanders and provide quality goods and services are George Wu, QQQ, Y. Sato, Aba, Leong Gin and few other who were in the country for almost centuries.
