Dear Editor – Please remind all honest and hardworking people of this nation again, what was Charles Dausabea awarded for, announced at the last independence?
Was it for dedication to sport or something else during his time at NOCSI as president?
What a mockery of our national award.
Why make our award system a laughing stock? How could we forget so quickly? Or was it political expediency? What a sad saga.
