THE current fine weather which results in little rainfall has seen the demand for water bottle going up over the past weeks.
Reports said, most shops have experienced a hike in price due to demand for water.
Bottled water factory are reportedly in mass production.
The dry spell had forced many families to buy cartons of water from water producing companies as well as at shops because their water tanks have ran out.
The demand has also seen the price of carton of bottles rising.
Previously a carton of bottle which costs around $50.00 has gone up to $53.00 a carton.
Some of the shops have also increased their price for the 1.5litre bottle from $8.00 to $10.00
The weather office has predicted the country will continue to experience little rainfall due to the El – Nino condition.
