GOOD Guest Ltd has surrendered its Fixed Term Estate (FTE) title back to the Commissioner of Lands, the second company to have done so following a clash of culture between the offices of the Commissioner and the Registrar of Titles.
Commissioner of Lands, Alan McNeil, confirmed the voluntary return of the title on Wednesday afternoon.
