The Solomon Cup Organising Committee on Friday announced that the semi-final matches of the Solomon Cup 2025, initially scheduled for this weekend, have been postponed tentatively to Monday, July 21, 2025.
This decision was made following constructive discussions with Provincial Football Association – participating teams regarding the Disciplinary Committee Decision on Makira Ulawa Football Association (MUFA) Representative Team (Makira Uawa) vs Western Football Association (WFA) Representative Team (Western) Match on 14th July 2025.
The postponement will provide additional time for legal considerations by the relevant judicial bodies within football regarding existing cases related to the tournament.
The revised match schedule is as follows:
• Semi-Final 1: 12:00 PM
• Semi-Final 2: 3:00 PM
The grand final of the Solomon Cup have been rescheduled to be played on Thursday 24th July.
