Makira 2nd Appointed Day celebration

Makira Ulawa 2^nd Appointed Day is being celebrated on Monday 4^th of August 2025 in Kirakira Makira Ulawa Province.

Many stalls have been built since 28^th of August 2025 in order to bring the people together to celebrate the Second (2^nd) Appointed Day of Makira Ulawa Province.  Teams from Our Telekom, YouSave from the National Provident Fund (NPF), the Agriculture and are part of the event.

Printing T-Shirt and many more stalls is there for the people.

Many provinces are celebrated here in Makira to mark the 2^nd Appointed Day of Makira Ulawa Province.
They perform their items inside the field by dancing the TAGA’AI from Lau Malaita Province, Bamboo Band from Tawatana (West Makira) and many more cultures from Makira.

The celebration started on Monday 28^th July will conclude Monday 4^th of August 2025.
