THE Royal Solomon Island Police Force (RSIPF) detective yesterday arrested another man involved in the ANZ ATM robbery.
The suspect named by police as Dilo Faiga, 24, was arrested at Kukum, east Honiara.
Assistant police commissioner for national capital Gabriel Manelusi said police detectives made a professional capture of the suspect after some thorough investigations.
“He was caught and is now in police custody for further questioning.”
Mr Manelusi said at the moment only one instigator is at large and police are continuing their searching for him,
Meanwhile the national capital police official thanked all stakeholders and people in Honiara for a close collaboration work with police.
“Police would like to thank all stakeholders and people who have provided tips and information which led to the arrests of the suspects.
“This kind of network is what police needs from people and stakeholders to make sure law and order prevailed in the country,” Mr Manelusi said.
With investigations still underway anyone with information can contact police.
The ATM at the Kwaimani building, was robbed last Friday night.
Police retrieved the machine the next day at the Alligator creek, east of Honiara with more than $200,000 already removed.
So far three male suspects have been arrested and are police custody.
