THREE members of Assemblies of God, Papua New Guinea and Solomon Islands Mission based in Port Moresby have completed their three weeks in Malaita province recently.
They are Yvonne Martin, Pastor William Mininga and his wife Rosemary from Kwara’ae language.
The team arrived on 3rd June and spent one week at AOG Bible College at Kwaibala and two weeks at Aiofa in Fiu village.
Mrs Martin said they involved in teaching and preaching at the Bible College before reaching out to people at Aiofa.
“We do teaching on family values and priority at Aiofa village.
“We also teach them about sanitation and involved in constructing bath rooms, toilets, repairing small bridges,” she said.
Pastor Mininga had already returned to Port Moresby but Mrs Martin and Rosemary are helping out with AOG women leaders in Honiara.
They are expected to return back to PNG this Saturday.
The AOG PNG SI mission was initiated in 2003 through Pastor Mininga and family to connect the two countries through helping people received Christ in their lives.
