The Australian Government aid cuts have interrupted Solomon Islands sanitation and health programs.
Australia’s Greens has said to have village projects halted half way through completion is wrong, and has left many Australians ashamed about how the government is operating.
Greens party spokesperson on aid, Senator Lee Rhiannon says more aid cuts announced by Canberra means Australia is effectively robbing its neighbors.
She says the Australian Government has shaved three-billion US dollars from its aid package to the Asia-Pacific region.
