Attractive prizes up for grab. Dateline for registration this Sunday

Honiara: The East Honiara Constituency is gearing up to host its much-anticipated Easter Games 2026, scheduled to take place from April 5 to April 12 at the Naha Community Sports Ground, East Honiara.
The announcement was made on Wednesday by the East Honiara Constituency representative, confirming that preparations are underway for the week-long sporting event, which will bring together communities across the constituency under the theme: “United in Sports, Rising Together — Umi 4 Umi.”
The Easter Games will feature a range of sporting competitions aimed at promoting unity, teamwork, and youth engagement. Events include Soccer 7’s for both men and women, mixed volleyball, and an under-14 futsal tournament.
Organizers have emphasized that registration for the games is free of charge. However, teams are required to register under their respective community names.
Interested teams are encouraged to complete their registration before the deadline on Sunday, March 28 at 4:00 p.m.
