Forum Solomon Islands International (FSII) executive will meet to organize an open public forum today.
This follows the many calls and outcries by FSII for appropriate actions against the strings of government controversial decisions.
The meeting today will be held at the DSE conference room in China town.
A statement from the FSII said that FSII is a responsible movement; therefore calling a meeting to discuss these controversial decisions is appropriate rather than just talking in the FSII facebook page.
The statement revealed the objectives are:
1. Listen to members views, suggestions;
2. Come up with resolutions;
3. FSII to take appropriate actions to express its member’s decisions.
The statement stated that some people have called for protests, demonstrations and petitions and public forums but these will be decided by the meeting today.
This is an executive meeting but it doesn’t restrict from anyone who want to attend.
The meeting will commence at 5pm today.
