The Guadalcanal Provincial Full Assembly meeting is set to convened tomorrow starting at 9am at the provincial chamber, Ritaleven Building in Honiara.
A statement from the Guadalcanal Province Government said, this important event will bring together the 20 elected representatives to discuss key issues, policies, and initiatives that impact the province.
The 2025 – 2026 Budget is expected to be one of top agendas to be debated during this sitting.
The assembly will focus on various matters, including local governance, development projects, and strategies to improve the wellbeing of the people of Guadalcanal for this Financial Year 2025 – 2026 Budget.
“The event is free, and everyone is most welcomed to attend. Seats are limited, so stop by early if you wish to attend,” the statement said.
Meanwhile, some of the provincial governments have also conducted their assembly meeting in the past weeks.
