The 2016 Honiara netball association (HNA) league proper will commence this Saturday July 30 starting at 9am at the Lawson Tama netball courts.
This year, the HNA league has attracted 45 teams.
These 45 teams will be competing in five divisions with the establishment of a new Division (C Division).
The HNA executive is very proud to see that interest continues to be shown in netball and thus ensure this interest is captured to engage the many young girls and women who are interested in netball.
Because of the inclusion of this new division, an additional court has been identified to ensure that all games are accommodated.
The new venue is the SMI courts.
With that, the HNA executive is very happy with the response from the SI National Provident Fund (SINPF), who has approved HNA to utilize the courts at SMI grounds.
Fixtures for games will be released mid-week.
The HNA Executive together with the Umpires Team are working closely to ensure smooth running of the 2016 HNA league proper and encourages all team managers, captains and players to get in touch with HNA Executive members for further information and other information when needed so that teams are aware of the latest updates.
