Heritage Park Hotel room manager Ms Leezel Daniel says they are hopeful Chinese man Jason Liu Tao to return and settle his outstanding bill.
Ms Daniel told this paper that Liu promised to return back to the Hotel but his departure was not informed, since he just disappeared and never check out.
However, she said, they are hopeful that Mr Tao live up to his words, by returning to the hotel and settle his outstanding bill.
Meanwhile, a hotel staff said, room 705 where Liu was occupying is now available for bookings, hence the alleged scammer’s belongings were removed and kept somewhere safe for his collection, once he settles the bill.
Passport details of Liu Tao was provided by the hotel staff, but his whereabouts is still unknown since the responsible office of the Solomon Airline that have records of travelers refused to reveal any information, while immigration department claimed they have no problem with the Chinese man.
Prime Minister’s Office (PMO) was contacted to confirm the rumors that Liu showed up in the office last Friday travelling in a vehicle with the registration plate MA9693, but PMO denies any visit by any Chinese last week.
He was alleged to use a fake name and false passport obtained from the Chinese Embassy in Mexico, as more information revealed that the person with the real name Liu Tao is a Chinese actress.
