The Solomon Kings FC are making progress with their two week intensive training at Wynnum Wolves FC’s Carmichael Park facilities in Brisbane, Australia, specifically ahead of the much anticipated OFC Pro-League which set to on the 17th of this month in Auckland, New Zealand.
As part of the partnership between Solomon Islands Football Federation (SIFF) and the Wynnum Wolves FC- the team advantage to undergoing two weeks of intensive preparation at the Wynnum Wolves FC’s Carmichael Park facilities before the Pro-League begins.
Solomon Kings as part of their preparation as they are gearing up for the OFC Pro-League, they currently undergoing a two-week training camp in Brisbane, Australia.
This intense preparation is part of their strategy to establish a competitive team in the inaugural OFC Pro League, kicking off on January 17 in Auckland.
Solomon Kings Head coach Ben Cahn told local media recently that he was thrilled with the team’s progress, praising their commitment and potential.
Star Sport understands that the squad consists of 20 local players and three overseas players, with a focus on creating a strong identity and culture for the club.
So far only one overseas player, Jez Lofthouse is confirmed to be with the Solomon Kings while the other two players are yet to confirm their signings.

Speaking about Jez Lofthouse, he is not new in the Australia football scene. Jez Lofthouse is an Australian soccer player who will play as a winger for OFC Professional League (OPL) side Solomon Kings FC.
He has previously played for Queensland Premier League (QPL) club Sunshine Coast FC, NPL Queensland clubs Olympic FC, Brisbane Roar Youth and Wynnum Wolves, and for A-League Men club Brisbane Roar.
Jez Lofthouse joining the Solomon Islands side will be a boost for the team in the first ever OFC Pro-League.
The Solomon Kings opening match will see them up against PNG Hekari United FC on January 17 in Auckland.
