MALAITA Province played host to a visiting delegation from Vanuatu last week who visited the Auki Market under the UN Women’s Market For Change Program.
The team arrived in Auki and made courtesy calls to the Premier Peter Ramohia, the Auki Market management and the Auki Market Vendors Association.
This is first time for a delegation from Vanuatu to visit the province.
The visitors also spent time touring the Auki Market as part of their look and learn exchange program and held discussions relating to the market.
Mr Ramohia said the province was privileged to share its experience managing the Auki market as well as learn from experiences shared by the visitors.
