The Ministry of Education and Human Resource Development (MEHRD) has issued a public notice refuting an online article that alleges the Ministry released a list of schools accused of cheating in recent national assessments.
Permanent Secretary Dr. Franco Rodie confirmed that the circulating article is false and misleading, stressing that MEHRD has not released any such list or statement.
According to Dr. Rodie, the Ministry remains committed to maintaining professionalism, fairness, and due process in all its operations.
He emphasized that MEHRD would never publish unverified accusations or release information that could undermine schools, students, or the integrity of the assessment process.
The Ministry is urging the public to disregard the false article and avoid sharing it further. Officials remind citizens that all legitimate updates and announcements will only be released through MEHRD’s verified communication channels.
Members of the public seeking clarification or confirmation of information are encouraged to contact the Ministry directly.
