The Solomon Islands Women in Business Association or SIWIBA will host its second Mere Market after it was postponed last month.
Mere market will kick off on 21st to 23rd (Wednesday to Friday) of May 2014 at the National Art Gallery.
As stressed by the SIWIBA president Mrs. Darlcy Tekulu, Mere Market is organized to provide an avenue for women to participate in economic activities.
“Since cost of living is very high SIWIBA see that having organize Mere Market would support these women to sell their products and service.”
Participants will involve in promotions, awareness, demonstration activities and also competitions during the events.
It is when participants utilize the opportunity to share ideas, promote their products, services and networking with fellow women and other stakeholders.
Since the feedback from past Mere Market results have been very encouraging, the SIWIBA‘s Mere Market committee encourages members to put on more for this upcoming Mere market.
SIWIBA calls on to their members to visit the office at NPF plaza room 48 or call phone 28386 0r 28387 for more details.
