Some of the Schools that had their closing ceremonies yesterday were, Rhema academy, New Hope Academy, Vura ECE, Results ECE, and other schools in Honiara.
Solomon Star stringer in North West Guadalcanal, John Toki also reported that the St. Francis Kindergarten on West Guadalcanal also had its closing ceremony yesterday.
Each of the centres also had different themes for their closing ceremonies.
For some schools, it is also the first ever official closing ceremony that they had celebrated yesterday.
Nearly all the centres have included Santa Claus to add an extra flavour to their closing ceremony.
It was understood that, the presence of Santa Claus to the ECE centres planned ceremonies will be a joy for the kindergarten children.
The proud parents of the children were also part of the celebrations. They were also being acknowledged for their continuous contributions in the day-to-day operation of the ECE centres.
Solomon star understands that, there is a steady increase in ECE centres throughout the country over the past years. This has also created less crowdedness in prepatory classes, under the primary sector of the education system in the country.
