Rove’s debilitated bus stop in west Honiara has been given a new look – thanks to Bank South Pacific (BSP).
Taking three weekends of their family time, BSP’s Point Cruz and Ranadi branch staff gave the bus stop the much needed renovation and upgrade.
Early this month, they completed the task and handed the Rove community a totally new-look bus stop.
In a statement, BSP said:
“Our good people in Rove Community now had a completed facility.
“They can once again hide from the heat of the sun and shelter from the falling rain while waiting for a bus.”
The run-down bus stop has been left unattended for about five years.
