Dear Editor – I wish to join others in congratulating Dr Fred Isom on his appointment as the new Secretary to the PM and Cabinet.
According to the news item, prior to his appointment, Dr Isom was policy secretary, social sector in the PM0.
I am just curious what social things has the “social sector” has DCC achieved in terms of policy initiatives and programmes etc during its tenure as government?
A formal response from PMO will be highly appreciated.
