“I believe in our youths in North West Guadalcanal through training and continuing engagement we will accomplish our goal together,” Chottu said.
NWDGA coach and former player, Michael Tageni said he decided to coach the team because no one has volunteered to coach the youths.
“I came to pass NWGDA meeting area and found out that they needed a coach so I volunteered,” Tageni said.
He added what motivated him to coach the team was to see local players exceeding and sacrifice for the betterment of NWGDA youths.
Currently, the squad is doing their training for the Guadalcanal Province Cup happening early next month.
