The Honiara Football Association (HFA) will stage a competition under the SWIRE HFA program this Thursday.
HFA General Secretary Leonard Paia confirmed this in statement to Star Sport on Tuesday.
“Parents and children of the HFA/SWIRE Shipping Pikinini Football Program that our planned inter-centers competition is now confirmed for SIFF Academy ground for this coming Thursday 30th June starting at 7am,’’ Paia said.
He said all three Centers SIFF Academy, Lawson Tama and Rove are requested to come together at the SIFF Academy.
“Children will be playing in their respective age groupings ranging from 6 years old to 12 years old.
“Each center is to prepare their under 6 – 8, 9 – 10 and 11 to 12 year old teams.
“Children will be competing for their respective centres in their age groupings,’’ he said.
Meanwhile all centre coaches are requested to prepare their teams for the competition and be on time.
“We are also inviting all parents and supporters to come along and enjoy the day with our future football stars,’’ he added.
The program will start at 7am at the SIFF Academy.
