Dear Editor – I wish to express my dissatisfaction after I boarded Fair Lady from Honiara to Auki on Monday this week.
I am not satisfied with the services provided inside the ship because it does not have a canvas at its back-top area.
As a result, those of us sitting in the area and our luggage got wet when the weather turned bad during the trip.
The rain just falls freely inside the ship.
For me, this is not a good service for us passengers who pay $200 Sea fare to see our luggage get wet because of poor service.
I am not happy with this kind of service.
I called on Fair West Shipping Company to provide safety equipment for their boats to serve their passengers during the rainy days at sea.
