Dear Editor – Allow me to say something I noticed in the “Red Hot” Telekom top up.
I remembered our Telekom said in one of the Star issues and I quote “…..Red hot is here to stay….” end of quote.
On Saturday after I topped up with $8 hoping to receive the text reply of 40 mins free talk,I discovered that there was no longer a 40 minutes free talk.
Instead the text received was only a 10 minutes free talk.
What happened to your $6 topup for 40 mins?
Now my memory took me back to what I read in the Star that red hot is here to stay.
But let me say this to you Telekom that red hot is NOT here to stay.
But soon it will end up the drain.
You will soon lose customers because Bemobile is still offering its Uni14,Uni50 and is still the best and never changes.
