The Honiara Basketball League has been deferred for another week.
This was according to the HBL committee.
The postponement was to give another week for all teams to register before the competition kicks off.
Enquiries and information about the registration of teams can be directed to the National Basketball Development Officer (NBDO) Moses Kivo or the HBL president, Golden Kiloko.
Registration fees are as $300 each for the men’s and women’s division A teams, $200 each for the men’s and women’s division B teams, $150 for each High School team and $100 for each Primary School team.
The Honiara Basketball Association (HBA) executive committee will be meeting to finalize the teams and clubs, whilst at the same time trying to negotiate the use of Multipurpose Hall with the Honiara City Council.
