TWO primary schools and a community high school in Vatukulau ward in South Guadalcanal are proud recipients of a total of 72 iron roofing.
These were purchased using ward grants.
The schools that are going to become the beneficiaries of the iron roofings include Malagheti Primary School, Ngalipapa Primary School and Kuma Community High School.
Provincial member for Vatukulau ward Rolland Seleso said the iron roofings will be shared equally amongst the three schools in the ward.
He appealed to the y people to work together so that they can achieve bigger things in future.
On behalf of the recipient schools, Kuma Community High School’s principal Elsie Roro’I said the assistance was the first of its kind.
Mrs Roro’i said the iron roofings will be helpful a lot in building staff houses for Kuma Community High school and the other two primary schools.
