THE Solomon Islands Seventh Day Adventist Mission (SIM) will tonight be testing their new FM radio station.
Speaking to this paper yesterday, SIM Communications Secretary, James Bouro revealed that work on the new FM Radio station is nearing completion, adding that a test run on its new equipments will be conducted tonight.
“Currently we have four highly qualified radio personnel helping us set up the first ever local Adventist FM Station here in the Solomon Islands.
“They will help us test the FM Radio live on air tomorrow night (tonight).
“We are also currently grooming our local personnel who will be manning the FM radio station which is expected to be launched within the next six months,” Mr Bouro said.
Mr Bouro said that having its own FM Radio station, the SIM would then be able to broadcast throughout the nation the word of God and the good news about HIS soon return.
